SSAA Bowen branch range.

SSAA Bowen Branch

The SSAA Bowen range has a maximum shooting distance of 100m. There is a roofed firing line, which is fully cemented and has wheelchair access. There are concrete benches for bench rest shooting and posts for field rifle-type events.

Both longarms and handgus are catered for at the club. For the longarm shooters there is Rimfire Field Rifle, Rimfire Hunter Class, Rimfire BR30, Lever Action and Rimfire Metallic Silhouette. Pistol shooters are catered for with Western Action, Metallic Silhouette, Falling Plate, Metal Challenge, Standard Gun, Black Powder, Turning Targets and special matches.
